The Innovus range of advanced vacuum and gassing seamers are designed to meet EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) principles for hygienic design. These machines enhance packaging processes by creating an airtight seal while simultaneously introducing inert gases in order to extend product shelf life and maintain quality. Adhering to EHEDG principles ensures the machines are easy to clean thus reducing contamination risks and protecting food safety.

Our machines can be controlled by either Siemens or Rockwell control systems, subject to customer preference and locality, offering flexibility and precise, reliable operation with an intuitive user interface. The vacuum and gassing pressures are controlled with hygienic tri-clamp pressure sensors, delivering sufficiently high accuracy that residual Oxygen levels can be reduced to less than 0.5% - significantly enhancing product preservation. Seaming rolls run on a hardened cam profile, delivering consistent double seam performance to meet can makers' specifications.
